🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate with ICSI Membership (ACS)
• Desired Qualification: LL.B.
• Age Limit: 40 years as on 20/08/2025 (5 years relaxation for reserved)
• Experience: 3+ years as Company Secretary in Public Ltd Company (₹100 Cr+ turnover) or PSU

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Companies Act 1956/2013 compliance, ROC/SEBI filings
• Conducting Board/General Meetings, drafting Director’s Report
• Corporate Governance, CSR compliance, MoA/AoA drafting
• Legal advisory, agreements, handling court cases
