	Following are the stages of application for applying learners licence
1.  FILL APPLICATION DETAILS LL 
2.  UPLOAD DOCUMENTS 
3.  UPLOAD PHOTO AND SIGNATURE (In case of eKYC through Aadhaar, only Signature need to be uploaded) 
4.  LL SLOT BOOK 
5.  FEE PAYMENT 
6.  VERIFY THE PAYMENT STATUS 
7.  PRINT THE RECEIPT

1. Fill Applicant Details
2. Upload Documents
3. Upload Photo and Signature if required (applicable for only some states)
4. DL Test Slot Booking (applicable for only some states)
5. Payment of Fee
6. Verify the Pay Status
7. Print the receipt

3.  ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENT TO DL
4.  ISSUE OF PSV BADGE TO A DRIVER
5.  CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL
6.  CHANGE OF NAME IN DL
7.  REPLACEMENT OF DL
8.  CHANGE OF BIOMETRICS IN DL
9.  ENDORSEMENT TO DRIVE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL
10. ENDORSEMENT TO DRIVE IN HILL REGION
11. DL EXTRACT
12. ISSUE OF NOC
13. ISSUE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT
14. CANCELLATION OF NOC
15. CHANGE OF DATE OF BIRTH IN DL
16. SURRENDER OF COV(S)/PSV BADGE(S)
17. AEDL FOR DEFENCE DL HOLDER
18. COV CONVERSION (applicable only in some states)
However, after accepting the Driving Licence number, the services that the Driving Licence holder is eligible only would be displayed
Note: 1) Select the RTO whose jurisdiction falls under the current Present Address of the Driving Licence Holder.
           2) If you are applying for Renewal of Driving Licence and if you are aged above 40 years, please be ready with Form 1-A duly signed by an Authorised Registered Medical Practitioner(MBBS doctor).
           3) If you are applying for Renewal of Driving Licence and your Driving Licence contains Transport Category of vehicles, please be ready with Form 1-A duly signed by an Authorised Registered Medical Practitioner(MBBS doctor).
