When we Sale
goods to the person or company on credit its known as Debtors.

When we purchase goods from person or
company on credit its known as Creditors.

Company, Dena Bank, Dave Medical Store Etc.

Real Account
Goods :
Which item seller selling and purchase its
known as goods.
Assets : Which Item used in business for business use
its known as Assets. Two Types of Assets. 1. Current Assets 2. Fixed Assets.
Current Assets : which Assets value increasing or
decreasing in 1 year small duration its known as Current Assets
Cash,
Bank, Debtors are current assets.
Fixed Assets : Which Assets value not increasing or
decreasing in 1 year small duration its known as fixed assets.
Furniture,
machinery, Land & Building are Fixed Assets.
3.
Nominal Account
When any
Expenses or losses or Profit and gain its comes in Nominal Account.
Loss : Loss By fire, Loss by Rain, Loss by flood, Loss
by Stolen etc.
Expenses : wages paid, salary paid, interest paid,
commission paid etc.
Profit / Gain : Commission received, Interest
Received, Dividend Received etc.
